using a kyocera kpc650 as home internet for multiple computers

is it possible to use a verizon wireless broadband internet card as a home network by somehow connecting it to a wireless router(by bridging it on a cheap laptop or using some sort of adapter)? and also, we don t get very good cell reception here for verizon is there some sort of larger antenna to put on the card to get better reception? im asking about this because my father gets the card free from his employer and he keeps asking me if its possible. thanks.
p.s.- i wasnt sure if i sould post this in the kyocera or verizon forum so ill do it in both.
