I have a sidekick 2 that i got from my cousin i would like to know how to reflash the firmware its stuck on this rebbot scren soft reset and hard reset dont work other then thats it in mint condition
any one know how to reload os software

Well, I have the OS, but it's an emulator so I don't think it will work for your real sidekick.
However, if you don't get it fixed I'll take it off your hands, and I don't mean for free. :-)

The simulator OS won't work on a real device. It's a *simulator* not an *emulator* (meaning it recreates the environment of the device but not in 100% the same way as an actual device).
