Slight correction....

Sony Ericsson no longer makes CDMA handsets any markets outside of Japan. However.... for AU in Japan they make plenty of CDMA 1X RTT/EV-DO handsets

But there is now way to get the s710aworking on Bell as it is a GSM/GPRS device which is not compatable with Bell's CDMA 1X RTT (Soon EV-DO) network

But no fear.... expect big news from Bell towards the end of September regarding new phones/EV-DO and international roaming.... to name a few

the s710 is known as the s505is in japan. it is the cdma version and it came out WAY before the s700/710. this was the phone i was planning on getting but i couldn't find a way to reflash it so it would run on bell's network "perfectly".

so.......yes, there is a cdma version of the s710 but no, there is no way in using it on bell's network

Well, at least, these people are somtimes just innocent or know a little about the difference. When you deal with those stubborn ones who know a little more but thinks they can anything their way like hackers, it gets even more frustrating such as:
