If there is anyone here who hasn't upgraded to Lathe, would you do me a huge favor and email a copy of PocketDivx Encoder. I've looked every where for this program but all the mirrors forward you to info on Lathe. Thanks in advance!

Is there a particular reason NOT to upgrade? I got Lathe and I cannot see much difference compared with PocketDivX encoder... One thing I miss is the actual bitrate info (as opposed to the arbitrary quality rating).
