Need SIM door for Sidekick 1

One of the tabs on my SIM door (the right side cover that has T-Mobile printed on it which covers the SIM slot) broke off. I am unable to find a replacement for it as I have searched everywhere. T-Mobile no longer sells them and Danger stated that they don't have any for sale either. 
Any suggestions where I could this part? Thanks!
