Razr V3 - need to copy phonebook + photos

The keypad of my Razr V3 had stopped responding and I need to make a backup of my phonebook as well as my private photos before I turn it in for a new one... But since the keypad no longer is responding I can´t get the phone up and running so that I can use MPT to dl the needed files...

So my question is simply this: if I´m to use the P2Kman to find and download the phonebook and the photos, where can I find the files / directories and which is the filename of the phonebook???

I just came to think of one thing - if I copy ALL of the files found on the phone (the /a directory) using the PST Phone Progammer wouldn´t this "restore" all my saved info if I uploaded it on the replacement phone?

Photos are /a/mobile/pictures/ and the phonebook (i think) is
dl_dmh_file in /a/

Another question though: does the RAMldr make a copy of your system files and phonebook too?
