Fixing a Panasonic EB-G70

My wife bought a Panasonic EB-G70 this week. Unfortunately, she didn't test the phone before she left the store and it turns out it's defective. Panasonic won't honor the warranty and the store won't do a return/exchange, so it's up to me to fix it.
The problem is that there is static being generated on the cell phone end. I suspect that it's a bad microphone or microphone connection.
I was able to find free service manuals for my phone (SE Z600) on the internet, but have been unable to find ones for her G70.
Does anyone know where I can get a service manual online, and recommend places that sell cellular parts?
