Help with smt5600

My phone at first makes calls at the beginning when i first turn on the power then after 5 mins when I try to make another call it won't go thru. It shows calling then it stops and brings it to the homescreen. Has anyone encountered this problem and knows a solution for it?

I do have good signal...all bars are showing.

Looks like your might have to back everything up and do a hard reset...

fortunately, it wasn't the phone that was having trouble making a call it was caused by the tzones network server. Whew! Its working fine now. I also did a hard reset.
