Anyway to Copy & Paste?

I'm used to using the Pencil Key on a Series 60 phone to copy and paste text and numbers when I need to... Is there anyway to highlight and copy/paste text on a Windows phone?

if u get xbar2, it adds copy/paste feature... there are other programs that add it too... look around, do a search on www.smartphone.net
