18, like mentioned above. The reason for this is you are selling a contract, no contract is valid if you under 18. Both parties must be of consenting age.

Additionally, Cingular would certainly require a High School diploma... and not many people under 18 have one of those.

Try a dealer, sometime you can get in without them picking up on that stuff. I did, first sales job was @ a Sprint Dealer. Was 16, about to be 17.

A dealer is a store or kiosk that sells all types of brands right. I have one of those close also. I may give them a ring.

Yes and know, yes there are dealers that sell every carrier under the sun. But then there are dealers that exclusivley sell just one provider. Where I had my first job was an exclusive Sprint dealer.
