K700i useless after flash

Dear life savers !
I have a K700i, I decided to flash my phone from SE a few days ago, After all the prompts were successfully, I used my phone for a few days.
I noticed after I updated the firmware, the phone starts to sound staticey/clipping sounds when I make or receive calls while talking. I off/on the phone and that worked for a few times, but then the same issue.

I decided to access the service menu to see what update I have etc..., Usually I can, but after the update, after I press the sequence to get to the service menu, my K700i flashes on/off repeatedly, the only way to stop is to remove the battery.

So... I emailed SE, they suggested I recover the phone. I did that. After 15 min, I got an error, communication error, I tried again, now it wont detect the dss station.

Check this out... when I power on my phone now... it only flashes/on off non-stop. I am stuck on what I can do.
