Is there a program out there that I can use to see the "netmonitor" type information on my SMT 5600? I'd like to know the MNC and channel number my phone is on.

I've searched around but haven't found anything that looks like what I want.

Sounds like what you're asking for is The Smartphone GPRS Traffic Monitor by Efficasoft.

I have not used this, so I'm not sure of it's worth..

No, not at all. This program counts how much data you're using. I want to know what channel my phone is camped on, as well as other info about the network like the MNC and whether EDGE is present.

try celltrack doesnt give you the band your on but gives you mnc i use it works pretty good
