this one just reeked.

a guy who works inside like costco and crap selling verizon/nextel/sprint came in with his "buddies" to talk about his line that was "canceled" by cingular.

he claimed he(customer who he ported out of cingular blue) wasnt given an option of keeping his blue service and needed to move to cingular. he claimed he ported the guys number right as it was canceled.

after an hr with cs, he basically tried to get cs to give him a free v3 ( i was really laughing hard inside because this shmuck who sells sprint thinks he can work me and cs around) but they said no. boy was he ticked, becuase he was furious and informed the other guy to call BBB and settle this.

ok wait................
cs offered to give you a free phone, remove the ETF in exchange to keep the service but you rejected it from the customers themselves??? who gave you authority to decide for them?

oh yeah, you're another dang sales rep who brainwashed your pals and who thinks you'll get your etf waived because you probaqbly assured them it was going away.

im laughing this to the bank.
