please please please please somebody !!!!!

I want to do a full backup of my firmware and flex before I do the upgrades to my v635. Someone else recommended Flash backup V1.7 but I can not find the software or even mention of it anywhere on google.

Does else know of this software, perhaps it has a slightly different name?, or can recommend any other method.

PLEASE NOTE: I dont even know if this sofware is free or not so I dont know if what I am trying to find is illegal or whatever. I just want to know how to do a back up.

yes it backs up everything including the boot loader and pds and flash and flex.

I just ran its readme file through a translator and it said that it does not support the V635?

Also, should I do the backup with the transflash card in or out?

Ok....I think I managed to do a backup....its a bin file?

Now how do you restore the phone using this backup file?

You run the restore option which will ask for a file/location - restored mine last night
and all worked wonderfully - donkey screw up of the moto skin and no display or text !!

Is there a how to on this subject somwhere? I have searched and searched on motomodders also and still I must be a moron.....thanks in advance.
