US Motivation Offset????

Ok so I got some checks from Corporate Cingular today (i used to be a corporate rep) and one of the checks had a deduction of like 300 bucks for a US Motivation Offset. Anyone know what this is?

Reward points chargeback? That would be alot for that though..

I would think that reward points would also be an addition (in the amount of $300) to the check for tax purposes and then a deduction for the $300.

weird. I got that same amount from us motiv. But it wasn't a deduction.... I just changed positions within the company, so i'm overall confused about my paycheck. Happy, but nonetheless confused
