My Nokia rep just stopped by and showed off the latest phones got to play with the 6682.. really nice.. He also gave me a website that has a flash game to play to win phones, ipods, gift cards, trip to see Conan O'Brien. Here's the website thought I'd share with fellow employees http://www.nokiabuzztribe.com

Thanks! Course I'm sure the people here aren't appreciative.... i am now officially addicted...lol

a couple of questions tho... are the points accumulitive (sp?) and how long has this been going on?... oh and do direct employees qualify for this?

Conan O'Brien???

Im there!!

Posted by: -X-

it started 9/5, goes on until Oct 2nd. Its for any Cingular employee indirect/direct.

Posted by: BellaDea

cool, sorry but do you know the answer about the points?

Posted by: -X-

That im not exactly sure on.. In the High Scores theres people with 864,000 pts.. which would be insane to get in one shot. I think it totals your points from all of your games, would be more realistic that way. I've got just over 20,000 in one game.

duh, if id just read lol

On October 2, 2005, there will be a random drawing for one person to win a weekend trip for two to see a taping of Late Night with Conan O’Brien in New York City. Prize will include two plane tickets to NYC, two nights hotel, a $500 American Express gift card for spending money, and tickets to a Friday show.

The more times you play, the better chance you get at obtaining that
high score!

Wow.. I guess if you had nothing else better to do.. you could reach 900,000pts LOL

thats roughly 45 games w/ 20,000pts..

I've done about 10 games with 20K points, no high score yet. think it's a one shot score :/

Yeah its a one shot score. I just got like 64,000 but no name up on the board.

Posted by: BellaDea

you have to play A LOT to get up on the top 10.... those people have more than 300,000 points last time I checked.

Posted by: angemonkwj

yeah, i like how we find out about most of the contests here on hf instead of the csp or our managers.

Glad there are a bunch of reps sitting playing this rather than WORKING....

well we retail people are stuck in the stores and there is only so much busy work you can do before the tumbleweeds start rollin thru

Posted by: flipflops

I only get to play on my laptop on lunch or when I get home. They totally blocked any good useful websites from work. Like Howard Forums and Engadget etc...

Thats why you should be in CSP or CU! Be more productive! riiight.

Can anybody get over 60,000 points? I cant see how anyone can get 472,000 points in one game. Maybe its possible that they are cheating or something. It looks like 6 of the top 10 are from the same location.

Posted by: DruB

how are you guys doing so well?

Posted by: BellaDea

i've stopped playing. whenver I have to leave work then come back and play again it starts back at the beginning with the minimum points. getting 400,000 or more just seems unrealistic to me.

Posted by: xj911

sounds like someone is cheating the system. SOMEONE HAS A 1,500,000 points!!

Posted by: MoeDrummer

6 of those top 10 work for the same company as I do. Too bad I can't get more than 35,000 at a time. lol
