ok i dunno if this is still true but when i got my RAZR U couldn't buy the warranty through cingular on my phone so i guess i'm just under the manuf. My problem now is i have all these dust-like particles under my screen that will not come out, despite me takign 2 cans of compressed air on it.

Well went to the cingular store, said they don't have a tech but to take it to this local shop and if that didn't work call this 800 # to get it replaced, problem is the place told me if they do it it will void my warranty. My question is will this cingular number actually get my phone replaced? I don't hang out in really dusty places btw, no other phone i've had has done this

Is your only problem the dust? That doesn't seem like a good excuse for a new phone. I guess you should probably take it to the shop, but call motorola first to see if they can do it under ur warranty.
