Downloading truncated messages

Anyone know how to make the 650 download the entire email and stop having to reconnect to download a truncated message? I've already set the message size to 5000k, but even on a 20k message it still says "message truncated".

I have a customer who has the same problem. We have tried numerous attempts to correct the issue, with no luck. Neither Rogers or Palm One customer service could help, nor can I find a solution online. It appears to be a random glitch of some sort.

Under Options/Preferences/Dilevery/Delivery Options try changing Get from 'Subject Only' to Entire Message
