used pst to transfer skins now icons menu icons dont show please help

i transferred over some skins from the e815 skins directory.... http://a.students.umkc.edu/akrff9/Skins/ and when i uploaded bengals the background didnt work so i looked at the file on my comp and saw it was a gif image. so i converted to jpeg and uploaded to phone again... now the proble... when i hit menu the top three icons dont show up, i can hihglight and click on them but they dont show up.ANY HELP WOULD BE APP.

sorry by the way it is an e815... anyways the only skin that works is moto every other one including scarlet is missing the top three icons. when i switched to list menu instead of icons it worked fine and the little icons were on the side. thx again
