Can I tether a CF62T with DCA-510 for T-Mo GPRS unlimited Internet & charging?

Hi all --

Can anyone confirm if it's possible to tether a T-Mobile Seimens CF62T phone
with the Seimens DCA-510 usb to phone data cable and simultaneously
keep the phone charged while using it successfully as a GPRS modem to connect
to T-Mobile's internet service for Internet access by the PC it's hooked to?

I see the "CF62" link on the Seimens WWW sits has a "SDS Seimens Data Suite"
link to let the PC use the CF62 as a GPRS modem for internet access, but I did not
see this same link from the CF62T Seimens page, so I am wondering if
T-Mobile "broke" the feature or if it was just an accidental omission that the
SDS may be compatible with the CF62T also?

Does the DCA-510 charge rapidly enough to keep up with the drain of the phone being
used for internet access for hours?

Does the DCA-510 and CF62T transfer data fast enough to keep up with the
full capability of the GPRS mode the phone supports (I know it's not EDGE)?
