How to put new skin on V398?

Hi
I have a problem. Whatever skin I upload with P2k Commander, and wont to use it on V398 : Motorola change to default theme: Moto.
On other phones (my frend have V525) same skin work perfect. So, what I doing wrong?

Happened to me at first. Only thing I could think of is the folder and the .ski and .dat inside have to have the same name. Keep the capitalizations just in case.

Folder: Silver

Silver.dat
Silver.ski
Silver1.dat
Silver2.dat
