So we got our ROKR display phone in, and its missing the preloaded itunes. Has anyone else had this issue?

Any resolve?

I heard that real phones and demos used in stores dont have any preloaded itunes on them... I took one of my new ones to sell out and it doesnt have any preloaded iTunes.... dont think they actually come with any.. thats a real ball dropper on Cingulars part ... do they expect you to load up your own demo?

Seems to be the trend... another cheap way out... new product no guts to back it up at point of sale... I am sure there was a band out there that would have given parts of their anatomy to have their iTunes preloaded on all of the ROKR E1's out there....

ours has songs on it..... Don't take this wrong but are you using the rokr that came out of a box that states it's the demo phone? there should be a letter with it saying that if you have issues to call certain people. The demo ROKR that the stores recieved are the only ones with pre-loaded songs on it. I'd call your motorola rep if you didn't get the right stuff with your demo.

yeah. my store's demo is pre-loaded with at least 15 different songs

Same here- After looking closer at the playlist, it looks like the last 15 weeks free downloads off of iTunes. So if someone has all of those songs, you can just pop em on over there...
