Help me choose a new phone, PLEASE!

Ok, so I'm leaving Cingular after too many complications. I'm joining Verizon Wireless. Through my job I get a really good discount and 4 phone models to select from that are free. I have done so much research and i get deeply confused b/c the reviews are so mixed.

I have a Samsung X426 and I love it! It's given me no problem in years. But it does not have a caller view from the outside so I never know who's calling. Not good.

The things that are important to me are this:
Easy to use buttons ...if i'm driving (I know I shouldn't do this)
Lighting to see the buttons in the dark, at night..
Decent Battery Life
Clamshell design
Clarity
Voice quality
Reception
Screen display (prefer to see it in natural sunlight, not just indoors) or at least be able to adjust the brightness if it's a problem

Plz help me. these are my choices: Motorola V276, Audiovox CDM8910, LG VX5200 , Samsung SCH-a670, Motorola E-815
