Camera Mod V710

Is the camera any better on the E815 than it is on V710.... if so/not is there a way to improve it cause my V710 takes shity pix compared to V635, moto told me there cams are software based and that they are that way cause of the service providers

In my totally unscientific and possibly wrong experience, my new 815 seems to take nicer looking pictures than my friends 710.

This is the only picture I've taken with it that is on the web, and it was taken thru the (slightly dirty but untinted) side window of my blazer while driving on the interstate. (and at 640x480 not the full 1280x1024, story about the pict here http://blog.harrisg.com/?p=19)
Sorry but I have no picts from the 710.
also, 710 is with Altell, 815 is with Verizon if that helps any
