I was playing a video (mp4 format) on my Motorola E398 from the flash card and suddenly the phone turned off. And it's completely dead now.

I bought the phone only 3 days ago, and there's no authorized Motorola service center in my country. Plz help!

Take your phone back to where you bought it. Playing a video will NOT kill your phone I'm sure, maybe you did something you're not willing to tell us? Maybe flashed it to a new firmware and "forgot" to mention it perhaps?

Anyway, stores have a 2-week obligation to customers to replace a phone on Motorola's 'Early-life failure' program. If it died on the third day you had it, take it back and get a new one!

i totaly agree to every single thing what you say...
