CF62T Newbie Questions

I have this phone on Tmobile. When i go to tzones it takes me to megatones, $1.49 each.
Questions:
1. Can this phone do megatones??
2. Where are the parentheses??
I looked in T9 mode and ABC mode & can't find them!
3. Does your battery case have a snug fit?
