6230 Issues

I'm starting to have some issues with my beloved 6230. I sometimes get random resets, and just recently, a new problem has been coming up. Sometimes, when people call me, the phone simply doesn't ring or notify me. No missed calls, nothing on the logs. It's as if the call hasn't taken place. This has happened on 5 or 6 different occasions. They're all in areas where I have good service. Also, earlier, I couldn't dial out. I had to power off the phone and turn it back on in order to make a call.
I really don't want to lose my 6230 through replacement (I will not take an S66 or a v551 over my 6230, there is no comparison). I would sent it to iUnlock to get the firmware flashed, but that's really not in my budget at the moment, and there's no guarantee that that will fix it. What do you guys think I should do?
