Help! Need Motorola V551 Unlocked

Does anyone know of any good websites where I can unlock a Motorola V551 using an imei unlock (i.e., no usb cable)?

actually i did go to the market place and there is not a single one of the places that can unlock a phone w/o using a usb cable. Any one else?

Dial 611 from your phone and hope you're lucky enough to get a cool enough CSR to process your request.

call up cingular and tell them your going abroad and need to use your phone with a pre-paid sim and thus need you phone unlocked.

They'll only do it if you have had service for at least 90 days, though, from what I hear.
