Is it possible to have the camera operate silently, that is without having making the noises of a film camera , shutter and film advance noises etc.

delete the sound file, of course , I know it's hard to find a tool to browse the file in 6230i

but it's the only way

Just three or 4 words and only the first 2 letters from each word. I'll figure the rest out.

Keep the phone in 'Silent Mode'.

Putting the ohone in silent mode might work on some phones but it does'nt have any effect on my 6230i camera sound fx

Remove the sound file? Use Silent Mode?? Doh!

How about:

Menu / Media / Camera / Options / Settings / Camera Sounds

Go into settings on the camera mode and turn the sounds off!

Thanks to every one who replied to my request for " silent camera operation on 6230i" have done it.

Sorry I was putting it in "Silent Profile"

Obviously if the CAMERA has a silent mode that would be what I would be looking for

Didn't think it could have been that easy.
