I'm new here, so please go easy on me! I have lurked and searched all the forums I could find and didn't see any that answer my question.

I want to know what I need to use my 8100 as a modem. I have the USB cable already.

We are moving to an area that has no phone or cable service the end of October (yes, in the country!), so my only options right now to access the internet are my cell phone (VZ), satelite (Very Expensive), or Verizon's $60/mo Broadband access (only I'm not in the Broadband area so I'd only get National Access speed).

I considered B/T, but we don't have a laptop so I can only plug the B/T adapter in the back of my tower (my keyboard USB plug doesn't get enough power). Will B/T work from back there? Or should I try to contect via the cable?

Step by step instructions or links would be appreciated!
