I just left verizon and am moving to cingular. I know the rokr just came out but I am looking for a better or cheaper alternative that is mac compatible. A Treo would be amazing but looking at the bank statement tells me its a bad time. I would really like something that I could sinc with my iCal and Adressbook. What are the best solutions? Any other hints/tips for buying cingular. Any stores with better deals than Amazon that have good reputations. The Nokia 6682 is nice, has anyone played with it?

Thanks for the help.

I had a Nokia 6620 that is kind of the older brother of the 6682 and it synchronized beautifully with Tiger. I synchronized iCal and Address Book via Bluetooth iSync. Easy to set up and easy to sync. I'm checking out the 6682 myself.

I appreciate the quick response but the problem I am running into is that I am running Panther, not tiger. Does anyone know if there is a compatibility list for Panther? Or if there are other recourses I have overlooked?

I posted one on the Sony-Ericsson forum. Look for mac threads--it's recent.

Alternatively, go to Apple's site. There is a page for iSync panther compatability.

I have had no problem with either a T637 (under Panther) and a S710a (under Tiger).
