Sundays? Anyone else having issues?

It seems to me that 3 out of 4 Sunday there is always some issue with the systems or activating that we end up having people mad or customer standing around cause their phone won't activate and we have to make excuses for the company? Does anyone else have any issues like this?

That's because they do Opus and POS updates Saturday nights afterhours and the reps have to deal with the problems on Sundays.

I am having all kinds of issues today, I can't activate anything and my citrix desktop will not stay connected at all, it keeps crashing all day. I love sundays, why are the stores open with all these issues on Sundays

I feel the pain, word is that orange stores are closed on Sundays. Go figure.

blue store down the street from us closes at 5pm. we close at 6pm.

what the hell kind of crap is this?

For those of us that attend church and meetings, being closed on Sunday is a good thing

We heard the orange stores were closed on Sundays. We have new customer service people in our store that were hired as orange in our blue store, they get time and half for Sundays.

While us blue are still paid in the AWE system, AWE style, just not the AWE commissions.

if they are going to do updates on sat might support should be open on sundays, its not as bad as has been in the past but there was a time a dreaded working sundays because everything took forever and there was no CC support open
