The difference between 903SH and 903V? They look exactly the same to me, and their specs are exactly identical.

You might have gotten those model number confused. The UK edition is called the Sharp 903, and the Japanese edition of the phone is known either as the 903SH or V903SH.
Both are the same thing specs wise, it's just that one is UK and one is Japan.
