possible to add a camera?

ive been using a cameraless vzw treo 600, but i've broken the case.
if i were to get somebody's dead 600 off ebay that had a camera, could i add the camera? would there be software problems?

There probably would be issues with other apps, and of course how would you connect it to yours? You could also buy a Treo 650
