Motorola C350 questions

Hello Guys!
I'm new on this forum , I have a Motorola C350 and I have a few questions :
1) Can I put FM radio on this phone ? I heard that with an update of I don't know what I can.
2) What things can I put on (except ringtones and wallpapers) on my phone?
3) Sometimes, my phone get's restarted with no reason. What can I do to fix it?
Please help me.
