lil help!

i have been trying to set up my email with my bb and every time i connect it to my computer with the usb cord it says my computer does not know its email..anyone have any ideas...thanks

Have you installed the blackberry Desktop Manager software? Do you have the proper data plan provisioned to your blackberry (either the $35 or $45/mo blackberry data plans)? Do you plan to use BES through your work, or BWC (for polling of pop3, etc) email accounts? The information included with the bb (the instruction manuals) does a pretty good job of describing the basics of getting up and running too.

Go into outlook express and set up an email address.
