I already posted this in the official how to put MP3's on your phone thread or whatever it is, but no one has responded and I am impatient.

I was wondering if there is a way to put MP3's on the mini SD card's my_mp3 folder by using a data cable and bitpim or QPST. Yes I have version 4.

I tried using QPST, transferring the file to the my_mp3 folder in the mmc1 or mcc1 (not sure which it was) folder. I was told that the mmc1 or mcc1 folder was for the memory card, but everytime I transfer a file it locks up and the phone says "service needed." However, when I check the my_mp3 folder on QPST it shows that the mp3 is there, but when I check my MP3's on the phone it is not there.

So is it even possible to transfer to the card while the card is in the phone through a data cable? And if so how would I go about doing that? Thanks.
