SMT5600 Time Out not working

My wife and I both have an SMT5600.

Last night my wifes phone stopped timing out.

The "Time Out" is set to 10 seconds under the home screen.

I have tried turning the phone off and changing the settings back and forth. But nothing seems to be working..

Any advice is welcome.

try taking the battery when the phone is on.if not you might want to back up all your info on your memory card and do a hard reset.
