treo 600 question re usb cable for charging

hi guys. good day to all.
i bought a treo 600 from my home country because its cheaper there. my wife already shipped it and its due to arrive today. unfortunately my wife left the charger there with her. so now im expecting a unit with a drained batt and no charger to charge it with.
my question is.... what is the port for connecting it to a charger, is it a mini usb type like my i-mate jam? or a different one... can i charge my treo using my laptop and using the same cable (usb to mini usb)
i have been waiting for this unit for a long time.. and having to wait for another 1week more for the charger to arrive is really...
