I'm currently on T-Mobile and want to replace my Motorola v635 with one of these phones. Any suggestions?

I'd pick the one with the non traditional Motorola charger port!! I've had 4 Mpx220's and I am VERY gentle with them and every single one has had charging problems after a couple months. I love the Mpx220, but not the hardware issue that makes it unusable in a few months.
