P800 Synching and also Internet

Two aides needed...please. First can someone give me a detailed procedure how to synch to Outlook? I have downloaded all three of the CD's onto my computer. Now what? I cannot find a synch folder and the communications suite only has the Ericcson modem folder.
Secondly, I have loaded all of the T-Mobile settings. However, when I tap the internet icon on the P800 nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
I appreciate your support for my novice (dumb?) questions.
