Yes. What you do is:

-Hotsync the Treo w/ your desktop
-Open up desktop
-goto Contacts
-select the contacts to be transferred (or Edit, Select All)
-select File, Export
-stick your card in the Card Reader of your computer
-name the file to export to
-click export!!!
