Since neither the Synch software nor phone instructions came on the applicable CD, I am desparately trying to transfer contact and calendar appointments to my P800. I have loaded from Outlook my contacts onto the P800 memory stick. How do I get the info from the stick to the contacts application on the P800?

Anyone have a phone number to call to get a new CD?

The sync software is on your Developer Tools and documentation CD. It's located in the sync directory.

As far as I know, the contacts must be done one by one if you are to transfer them via MS Duo. They must be in vcard format. As for the disc not containing a synch directory, that is just strange. Just make sure you don't use autorun and explore the disc. It should be between the Presentations directory and Training directory. After you get into the directory, just double click on start.exe

Here is the structure of my Developer Tools and Documentation CD, it should be the same as yours. You should see the sync folder and the "start.exe" application to run in it.
