My store is getting 4 dealer lines.
Cingular said we can keep our excisting numbers when switching our personal lines to dealer lines. My question is will we recieve a chargeback since we only activated some of these lines about 3 months ago.

I don't think anyone can answer that with certainty. I would assume they won't charge you back. If they say they have to them wait another 3 monthes to do the switch

well, if your line cost X amonut per month and the dealer line costs $0 per month then who cares about a chargeback. Won't you recoup your cost the first month>??

Yes, there will be a chargeback unless you change the rate plan after 6-months.

how many activation you did to get dealer line ? we did like 70-80 every month.. and cingular still not give us dealer line

No there won't be chargeback. When you switch your personal line to an employee line it doesn't cancel the personal line, it only suspends the current contract it's on. If you were to quit/ be fired you would just start up your previous contract again. Your company doesn't get charged back because it's only suspended.

We asked our sales rep, our territory manager and his manager and got 3 different answers.

We average about 200 a month.

I don't think they base it on # of activations. You just need to bore *** your TM to death until they pull some strings and get you the lines. It is harder for non exclusives to get a dealer demo though.
