can't get my sx1 to update firmware 15

I am trying to flash my phone and intall f15, I keep getting the error "the mobile phone was not found! (9). the sx1 drivers are already installed, since i have the siemens data tools, which automaticly installs the drivers (which means when I go to device manager, i don't see an ! beside the sx1 modem, it says its installed and is working) why is this happen, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thx
btw: i am using the usb that came with the phone, and i know the drivers are working because i can use the sx1 software which sees the phone.

You need differend drivers for updateing the FW

When you start sx1 in update mode, windows should ask to install the new drivers
Send me your e-mail adress via pm, and ill send you the drivers.

I actually got the program to see the phone, but now I get this error "you already have a more recent software version in your mobile! (2)" the software in my cell is 14, and i am trying to install firware 15, anyideas why i am getting this?
