S40 help

I was having trouble with my S40 and i sent it back. They sent me a new S40 and now it seems i have no tones, and my trembler does not work. I mean i have nothing when i go to choose tones. The dealers tell me it's Rogers' network that needs to be restarted. They told me to give it a couple of hours but it has been days, any help?

Reset the phone several times (see manual).

I was contemplating sending my S40 in for repairs before the warranty was over. I have had poor reception problems since I purchased the phone. I am pretty sure that there is nothing wrong with the phone, but Rogers has said that if I send it in to Siemens that they usually ship a brand new phone back. How long did it take you to get your replacement phone?

I have an S-40 too but I put it away a month ago because I had to many problems from the day I got it. I had different answer from Siemens and from Rogers. So if was you I would change my phone. The most common thing I heard about the S-40 is that he is not compatible 100% with the Rogers network.
