Need help on install ringtones please. Audiovox 8920T

Hey guys, I'm a total phone retard living in Toronto. Today I just got my Audiovox 8920T from Telus. I'm not sure how to install mp3 ringtones and maybe games to the phone...Could somebody help please? 
EDIT: Could this software install mp3 files as ringtones?
