I just purchased a new unbranded 650 from Newegg.com. I certainly paid somewhat more from Newegg but I also had 100% confidence that I would have no issues or risk as would be the case with eBay. All my computer related purchases for a number of years now has been from Newegg. Resellersrating.com has them rated at 9.6 which is well deserved and says much good about them.
