ERP and calling customer service.

Now according to policy you should only call CS if you have a service impacting issue. I talked to two such individuals today and it's not bad enough their request was something you learn the first day, but they like to argue with you.
The first was someone in the relocations department that asked if the 500 min in her plan were day time mins
Come on if you have to call and cost the company 12.00(or whatever it costs per call these days) to ask that question you should not have a job.
The other was an employee that asked if she could get an insurance replacement at a store. Now I know that this used to be able to be done but come on where have you been for the past 12 months.
Another a guy with an employee rate plan called and was asking if he was talking to a specific call center. When I said no and wht he asked me to if he could add a feature with an attitude, that was expired no less. And I tell him I won't do it, I get the comment the why did you waste my time?
Sorry, but I am not loosing my job so you can get fee internet.
