Razr Home Key Help Please!

hi guys..i have this problem with my home keys where only my right home key works on the main screen and i cant choose the short cut with the left, up or down keys......the keys work perfectly fine in games...or searching menus but just the homekey screen where u can choose ur short cut it doesnt work...does anyone know how to fix this problem? thx for ur help
